How the WTC table looks after Australia’s victory
Australia have consolidated their position at the top without dropping any points and their win at Adelaide was their sixth straight win of the cycle, leaving them with a full 72 points and 100 PCT.
Defending champions South Africa are second, having won three of their four Tests. They drew an away series against Pakistan 1–1 before sweeping India 2–0 in a two-match series back in November. With a PCT of 75, the Proteas sit ahead of third-placed New Zealand, who—along with Australia and Sri Lanka—remain unbeaten this cycle. The Kiwis have won one match and tied one, giving them a PCT of 66.67. Sri Lanka follow in fourth with 66.67 PCT and have also won one and tied one in the two matches they have played. Pakistan, meanwhile, are 5th with a PCT of 50.00 and 12 points, losing one and winning one of the 2 Tests they played.

After a poor home series defeat to South Africa, India have slipped to 6th place with a PCT of 48.15 across nine Tests. England, meanwhile, remain seventh after their fifth loss of the cycle. They now have 26 points from 8 Tests and a PCT of 27.08.
Bangladesh (16.67 PCT) and West Indies (4.76 PCT) round off the table at the 8th and 9th position.
